We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We offer the following shipping methods:
 

 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING:

 

Australia Post Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days.

 

Australia Post Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–3 business days.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom.

 

International shipping is provided though Australia Post International Standard and International Express, where available.  

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.  

 

Please allow 1-3 Business days got order processing before dispatch.  International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays or other circumstances outside of out control.  

 

Duties, Taxes & Custom Fees:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.  These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specificially stated at checkout, and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

 

**During launches, Black Friday, Christmas and other promotional periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed. 

 

Order Processing

Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.  During product launches, sales or holiday periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. 

 

Tracking Your

Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. 

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Restrictions

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee recovery of parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied during checkout. 

Some regional or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

 

Lost or Damaged

We will work with Australia Post to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Lyquii reserves the right to make changes to this shipping policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.

Refunds

Faulty or Damaged

Products

If your Sip Sling arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. 
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product where possible

We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or refund.

 

Refund Process

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
 

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind after the purchase.  
Please choose carefully and review your cart before placing your order. 

 

Non-Returnable
Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, filled with water or where hygiene seals have been broken, unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
